First run in 2014, Tunnel Hill 100 holds IAU Gold Labels for the 100 Mile and 50 Mile, plus an IAU Bronze Label for the 100K, on the historic Tunnel Hill State Trail in Vienna, Illinois. In 2026, Tunnel Hill hosts the USATF 50 Mile National Championship, and its 100 Mile finish qualifies runners for the 2028 Western States Endurance Run.
The race also offers a certified Marathon, a Boston Marathon qualifier, and 100K.

Five world records and two world's-best off-road marks have been run here, most recently Caitriona Jennings' 100-mile world record and Anne Flower's 50-mile world record, both in 2025. In 2026, Tunnel Hill record-setters Courtney Olsen and Charlie Lawrence both became 100km World Champions.
