Ground Rules
Pacer & Drop Bag Regulations
Drop Bag Rules
- Maximum Size: 10" × 10" × 18" (standard duffel)
- Limit: One bag per designated station
- Labeling: Must include bib number, name, and target station
- Drop-off: All bags must be submitted at check-in (Friday evening)
- Pickup: Unclaimed bags available at start/finish after race
- Prohibited: Glass containers, stoves, or open flames
Pacer Regulations
- 100 Mile: Pacers allowed from Mile 50 (Wetlands Center)
- 100 km: Pacers allowed from Mile 31 (turnaround)
- 50 Mile: Pacers allowed from Mile 25 (turnaround)
- Marathon: No pacers allowed
- Registration: All pacers must register and sign a waiver
- Pacing Rules: One pacer at a time, no mules or carrying
